        Our loan situation is unique. We started with Agave, then went with our existing primary home loan company, Loan Depot. That because of our existing relationship and because of some comparative cost considerations. That decision effectively stopped the business transaction with Raylene. After at least 30 days of frustrating back & forth with Loan Depot, an issue with my wife & I's individual Trust verification, the business relationship soured. We called Raylene last Saturday, detailing our level of frustration and informing her that if Loan Depot didnt move toward Close this week, that we'd like to re-engage the loan process with her. Ironically, Loan Depot sent a Close appointment email today, scheduled for 3.24. Through this whole process, Raylene, although only 3 months into her role, has demonstrated exactly why quality customer service is so material to conducting business. She has been exemplary in all aspects of customer service: professional, courteous, knowledgeable, personable, gracious in terms of the outcome, all with quality, timely and reciprocal correspondence. It saddens me to a degree that we could not proceed with Agave, mainly because of Raylene and how she has represented Agave from the very beginning! She is a quality individual, demonstrated in her capacity with a Agave and is an asset to your company. I hold her in the highest professional regard and wish her nothing but success in her journey with Agave.

        At the time when I thought it was impossible for me to get a refinance, was told by my loan company of six years that they couldn't help me, I received a call from Loren who works for agave and in six weeks I was not only approved but received the money i asked for in my bank.         Easy, fast, efficient. Needed to consolidate high interest credit card rates which were completely out of hand. AGAVE gave me a great rate and a low monthly payment that is more than manageable. Wonderful people … I came down with a deadly Flu during the refinance process, and the AGAVE folks helped me considerably to complete the process in a timely manner so I did not lose my interest rate. Great working with AGAVE - highly recommend!
