Wow, a company & representative, Devin Kirk, that has the integrate to put the interest of customer above own profits, so-so rare. I was looking at refinancing yo lower interest but Devin went beyond earning a commission by analyzing my objectives & current profile & with factual data advised me that a refinance at current best interest rate, though lower than my current, is not beneficial due to closing costs. For such integrity she deserves double 5 stars

I recently worked with Zach on securing a loan to tap into the equity in my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. From the start, Zach was incredibly knowledgeable and helped me understand how I could use the equity I had built up over the years to meet my financial goals. He made what could have been a complex process feel seamless and straightforward.Zach took the time to explain how tapping into my home’s equity would work, walking me through the options in a way that made sense and was easy to understand. Throughout the entire process, he was always available to answer my questions and ensure that I felt comfortable with every decision.Not only did he secure me an excellent rate, but the loan also closed faster than I had expected. It only took 8 days to complete the whole process! Which is unheard of on previous loans I’ve done in the past. I just refinanced with Agave Home Loans, and the process was so easy! I'll admit I'm slightly biased -- I'm married to a co-owner -- but he asked for "blunt and honest feedback." Alex and Doug were awesome! I spent less than 20 minutes from start to finish. The notary canceled on us morning of, but the team worked to find someone to fill in that same day. Everything worked out, our rate is lower, and we were able to skip a payment. If you're in the market for a new home or looking to refinance, call Agave!

I talked to Sam and went over all our documents with him and he pre approved us for a loan. When we signed a contract two weeks later for a condo he then told us since I was unemployed that we couldn’t use my income and we weren’t going to be able to get the loan. Even though when I first talked to him I told him I was retired but drive for Uber and Lyft for extra money . But I told him I’m not driving now because I’m making more on unemployment and don’t have to put myself at risk driving people around the area . I asked him why you didn’t tell us this two weeks ago when he pre approved us and we sent him pages of documentation. I told him I understand if you can’t get a loan when your unemployed but why did he string us along for 2 weeks. He had no idea about the unemployment situation in the US and that unemployment was at 15 percent nationwide. I was totally flabbergasted and sounds like he didn’t know about Covid 19 either. There co owner paul called me to apologize but at that point he couldn’t do anything. We called another mortgage company and an hour later we had a mortgage without using my info. We just used my wife’s documents and they put me on title
